"Singing is most important with me. True, I got the nickname Kobzos in 1977. One of my father's students Ferenc Buda gave me this name. He later became my good friend, and I ended up teaching his son at the Óbuda Folk Music School. I suppose people think that I am a lyre player. However, "kobzos" primarily meant singer long ago. I like many instruments, I always choose one that most closely matches the song, but singing is my top priority. I'm not as good an instrument player as many others."
Tamás Kobzos Kiss - Óbudai Anziksz
At the concert we will introduce the book and DVD Kismuzsika, the professional publication of the Óbuda Kindergarten Program.
