The Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra keeps the works of popular classics on its repertoire as well as one of the most well-known compositions of Liszt - arranged by an old friend Péter Wolf. After several decades of success in pop music, Péter Wolf has recently turned to classical music and composed a series of highly acclaimed pieces, so it is natural for us to listen to a clarinet concerto of which the composer writes:
“I have heard Csaba Klenyán many times, and his play captivated me every time. He is a sensitive artist, open to all genres, delivers beautiful sounds from his instrument. I hoped that fate would bring us together once. That's how it happened. At the request of Csaba Klenyán, I made small adjustments on the piece and expanded it with a cadence. I would like the audience to experience the joy that was mine every minute I worked on my clarinet concerto.
