We selected the songs to reveal the diversity of the female soul, its positive and dark sides, and our own personality and thoughts.

In the first half of our concert, we perform the popular female song cycle penned by Robert Schumann. One of the interesting features of the concert is that we also perform two works by Schumann's wife, the famous female composer, Clara Schumann: a virtuoso piano piece and a song. It is interesting to compare the thoughts and emotional world of husband and wife, woman and man.

In the second half of the concert there will be three Kodály and three Orbán György songs. As a conclusion, we chose an extraordinary (almost chanson-like) song by Poulenc called the Way of Love, which summarizes and adds a positive ending to the concert.
