Pete Churchill is a world-renowned singer-pianist, educator (Royal Academy of Music, Royal Conservatory of Brussels), composer, choir founder, and conductor. Listening to him brings you close to the world of jazz, harmonies and rhythms in no time. It is a special occasion to have him come from London to Budapest and to hear him in a concert with singer-pianist Tamara Mózes. The two musicians met in Belgium a few years ago, and as a pianist-singer, Tamara continued her studies under the direction of Pete Churchill whom she considers one of her greatest mentors. This evening, they will perform in front of the Budapest audience where they both sing - sometimes separately, sometimes together -, play the piano, and play their own compositions as well as jazz. In the second half of the concert, the duo is joined by two great musicians: Ákos Benkó (drums) and Sárkány Sándor (bass).
