The Cluster Project was created in 2018 with the aim of staging twentieth and twenty-first century classical guitar pieces. The ensemble's ever-expanding repertoire includes pieces by Hungarian and internationally acclaimed composers. Members of the project consider it their mission to spread and popularize new music and to raise the prestige of classical guitar music on the classical music palette.

Dóra Cserenyec was born in 1991 in Békéscsaba. She graduated from the Faculty of Music of the University of Szeged as a guitarrist then as an art teacher. Her teachers were Andrea Bozóki, András Csáki and Dávid Pavlovits. She attended several international master classes as a scholar at the Royal Danish Academy of Music on a study trip in 2014. She is an active solo performer and a member of various chamber ensembles, and has also performed with outstanding results at international competitions. The winner of the 2010 Terra Siculorum Guitar Competition and first prize winner at the 2013 Talent Guitar Competition in Balatonfüred, and lately, third prize winner at the international guitar competition in Tampere, Finland.

Bence Hartl was born in 1987 in Budapest. Initially he studied the violin, then continued with the classical guitar. He studied music theory and composition under composer Iván Madarász. He completed his advanced instrumental studies under the tutelage of András Bozóki and Ede Roth. Between 2013 and 2018, as a member of the S.W.A.T. Guitar Ensemble, he performed and staged modern guitar quartets at prestigious Hugarian and international venues, as well as regularly participating in compreshensive art projects. He is an avid composer, his solo and chamber pieces have been played by excellent artists such as Tamás Pálfalvi (trumpet), Édua Zádory (violin), Gabriella Márffy (violin) or the Somogy String Quartet. Since 2018, he has been teaching classical guitar, chamber music and music theory in Germany.

Marcell Nickmann was born in 1996 in Budapest. He started playing the guitar under the tutelage of Sándor Árok in 2010. The first prize winner of several competitions, in 2014 he won the first prize of the 4th Guitar Festival in Budapest and the special prize for "Best Contemporary Artist". In 2015, he was admitted at the class of Andrea Bozóki at István Vántus Secondary School of Music. In 2016, he was the absolute first prize winner of the Eugen Cuteanu International Guitar Competition and continued his studies at the Faculty of Music at the University of Szeged. He attended several master classes, including those of Eros Roselli, Antoine Moriniere, Pál Paulikovics, András Csáki, and pianist Mariann Kerényi and violinist Gabriella Márffy. In April 2018, at the Szeged International Guitar Festival, as a member of SZEGO and under the artistic direction of David Pavlovits, he performed with Grammy Award-winning guitarist William Kanengiser.
