The members of the band are great and reliable guides. They know the landscape they are taking their audience to. First, we head north to the time of the Danish-Norwegian Monarchy, the joint hometown of Ludvig Holberg and Edward Grieg, Bergen. Grieg composed the piece for the 200th anniversary of the birth of the great philosopher-writer, which was a great success even at its first performance in 1884. played by the composer himself since the piece was originally written for the piano.
Wolf Peter's Journey is a kaleidoscope-like sequence of six movements: each depicts a landscape or a city or an array of colors. The violin solo is played by three artists of the band: Gergely Hutás, Attila Kovács and Attila Pintér.
Akutagawa's work, written in 1953, takes us to the Land of the Rising Sun, and finally we return to Hungary with well-known Hungarian-inspired melodies by Brahms and Liszt.
